Koen Nevens, Head of Belgium and Northern Europe at Cushman & Wakefield: “Many of our business customers not only want our advice on how to optimise their own working environments based on the acceleration of the revolutions in the workplace; they also want in-house design and construction solutions that turn their ideas into realities. We are the market leader in office rentals in Brussels, and as a result of this important investment, we are now the market leader in designing and furnishing workplaces from A to Z.”
